Here is an image from Quakertown, Pennsylvania. I was working from across the road and exposures had to be timed between passing cars on the busy street.
This is part of an on-going project of factory buildings.
I’ve been on a good roll. I’ve posted a new image everyday for about a week now. I’ll try to keep that going.
I decided to mix it up a little today, no nudes. Instead an image from Savannah, Georgia. A part of a beautiful series of buildings, I wish I had more time to explore. I hope to be back someday.
Here we have Kate A., again from 2009. We were at the Huber Breaker in Ashley, PA.
Well I had to sneak one more image from Boodie Hole. This one was shot with a 5×7 reducing back on my 8×10 camera. That day I I wanted to try out my new 4×10 back for the 8×10 camera. So, I also brought along the 5×7 back instead of the 5×7 camera.
One last image for a while from Boodie Hole. The model is Amanda L., and the photograph was made in 2009. It was the first medium format image that I displayed in a show since 1990. It was also the first image printed digitally for me in a show.
Yesterday, while sharing some pizza with my friend Dan McCormack, we talked about different locations and models we had worked with. The conversation came around to the the day we worked at the Snyder Estate in Rosendale, NY.
Helen W., was our model and she was stunning that day. It was the second time I worked with her but it had been six years since the last time we worked together.
